I know it’s subjective but I am looking for an overall consensus on recommended order of these specific pedals. (I have omitted my modulation and time based effects from this discussion because I run those through the amps effects loop.) Currently my board is laid out as follows.
1. Cry Baby Wah
2. Boss TU3 tuner
3. MXR Dyna Comp
4. EHX Nano Big Muff
5. Fulltone OCD
6. Fulltone Catalyst (used as a boost)

Would I benefit from rearranging any of these? If so, what would you move and what are the potential benefits?

I would swap the tuner pedal and the wah personally. I always put the tuner first and with the wah in position #2, it is closer to the other pedals you might turn on or off mid-performance.

Personally, I'd put the EHX Nano Big Muff, Fulltone OCD, and Fulltone Catalyst through the effects loop as well (other three in front of the amp) because it will cut down on unwanted noises from those 'high gain' pedals.
If you want them in front of the amp, I would recommend a Noise Gate.
I have the EHX The Silencer, which has a built in "loop" for noisy pedals (because my Blues Jr. doesn't have an effects loop of it's own), and a straight through (with true bypass) for more quiet pedals like your Cry Baby, Tuner, and Compression. Your amp obviously has the effects loop built in, so you can choose a Noise Gate of your liking.

As far as "order" goes when running directly in front of the amp...I've found it is best to put the quiet pedals closest to the amp (in the chain), and the most "drive" closest to the guitar (in the chain)---and then just experiment with swap arounds especially on the noisy pedals.

P.S.- I like to put my Tuner pedal first in the chain so the signal goes directly from the guitar, through the tuner, and THEN to the pedals. I have an EHX Switchblade Plus, which is an ABY that has a separate jack for the tuner pedal---so I can split the signal between two amps (or both amps at once), that begins my chain with the tuner off-chute.

Never thought about placing the dirt pedals in the effects loop. I will have to give that a try. Sounds like the concensous is to run the tuner first, so I will try that out as well. Thanks for the input.
