Hey guys,

What picture hosting sites/apps are you using at the moment? I used to use photobucket, but I'm not sure what happened with that site.. all of my pictures seem to have disappeared off various forums I use.

I was just wondering which would be the best to try, either a website or app (I use an iPhone).

Thanks for any advice

Russ

I'm with Flickr too.

Choose your picture on Flickr and click the share icon (arrow) and it gives you forum code to copy & paste.

So, what happens when you click on the arrow?

A dialogue box is supposed to open with a string of highlighted text.
You right click the text and copy n paste.

There is much more text than you need by the way.
I always delete everything outside the IMG parts.

I was using Panoramio but they've discontinued that so now I use twitter.

Please forgive me if this seems like I'm speaking down to you like a child or something but you are French and sometimes things get lost in translation so I'm going to be really simple.
Like you're 6 years old.
It is not my intention to insult you.
I only want to be perfectly clear ... just in case there's a miscommunication.

Let's say I want to post a pic of Michael and Fredo on this forum and I already have the pic on my Flickr page.
I leave the Forum open.
I open a 2nd tab and in the new tab I navigate to Flicker and find the pic and then click on it.
Then I click on the curved arrow.
(that my red arrow is pointing to)

Like this:

Image

Then I see a page looks like this, with highlighted text inside a box.

Image

Then I right-click the highlighted text to copy it.
Then I go to the Forum tab where my reply box is already open and paste it into the dialog box.

I "preview" to ensure I have the right link and that it works and then I am done.

If you aren't doing this then please give it a try.
If you are doing this and nothing happens then I'm not sure what to tell you.
There must be another issue somewhere.

I was all set to ask if you could post a screenshot for us to look at but .... then I did the Homer Simpson thing.

D'Oh!!
(_8^(|)
