Don't want to be a homer, but......

I use a Fender stool and find it way more comfortable than a chair or a wooden stool,

I think I paid $69 at my local shop. 8)

I wouldn't mind a stool but honestly the temptation of a comfy chair.. it overrides the benefits of a stool!

I always thought this would be a neat chair/stool. Just haven't convinced myself to get one yet

Only $180. Not bad for what it is/does.

lol Button on the side I'm assuming is to open up the top of the "chair" so you can get to the storage inside.

Whoops. Realized in my previous post I linked to the picture, and not to the product page.

Fixed. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Fender-HotSeat?sku=435087

Ok.....NOW it makes since. A pretty good idea, actually. But you's need space in a car to transport that. I have a truck so that wouldn't be a problem.

When I've traveled with my stuff, I've always traveled light. Guitar, amp, and a gig back that carries all my cables and pedals. Don't take much room either.

Heh. Traveling light with my stuff keeps getting harder and harder. Now have two guitars, a Marshall combo, and 4x12 cab for it, volume and wah pedals, a talk box, and soon to have a fuzz face. As I keep making more money, I'll spend more money on guitar stuff, which makes it harder to travel light when the band plays.

Unfortunately, with the addition of the speaker cabinet, my Cobalt wasn't big enough to carry my stuff anymore, so I bought a truck for the weekends.

A pal has a SoundSeat and it is quite hip. 'Meaning to buy one someday.

They have a 'break-down' one which is bag-transportable also.

Nice one Mr Bill, I like it. Though I would have prefered it to be black or charcoal frost.
