I like 'em - especially the "Newport" :

I was looking at those, as well. If they're anything like some of the other ones I've seen and heard, then that would be a pretty cool thing to have, I think. 8)

Seems like an "ooh, Marshall does this, so we got to do it!"?

They seem quite cool and powerful, I will not be getting one as I own a JBL already, and it suites my needs

I just don't see the point:

Like the Marshall It looks like an amplifier but it's not an amplifier. Doesn't make sense when you can buy fender miniature amps

It's a fender product that you can't plug a guitar into.

I've also got a JBL and it punches well above its weight for a fraction of the price. But to differentiate between everything else in the saturated market, it would need to have the above mentioned point of difference and it would need to sound very good.

I voiced my opinion on Facebook and the reply I got was.. "Here's the new mustang Blueto..." -Whatever!.

They're great - and $100 less than than the muddy Marshalls.

If you don't use bluetooth devices....move on... :D

I have a Newport I was given as a gift but it will not pair Bluetooth or run on battery. Got a feeling my friend was sold a floor model. Anyone else know how to get it working again?
