Recently, I've taken an interest in Fender Stratocaster guitars. I like the large headstock on this one. Although, I suppose I could just buy a Squier for a large headstock. Anywho, what do you folks think of this one from Reverb? Yay or nay?

It doesn't look fake but I'm not an expert, It seems pricey for a used strat that you cant play first. But I don't know if the abundance of used leftys on the market dictates a higher asking price. Plus J.H.did not play a lefty he restrung a right handed which is what this looks like. I think the saying goes "Let the buyer beware"

Looks legit to me. The price is on the high side - as it often seems to be on reverb, compared to e.g. ebay.

But you did notice this is a right handed guitar converted to a lefty; the strap button moved to lower horn and the nut reversed..?
If you're a lefty, I'd say there are better options than trying to do what Jimi did.
If you're a righty, you need to undo the mods.
And if you're only after a big headstock, there's plenty of necks for sale all over.

All in all, I'd give this one a mild 'nay'.

I agree with jmattis, except I give it a vigorous nay. The seller is looking for a sucker. Don't let that sucker be you.

Looks fine
Price is unrealistic

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
