Hi guys,

I've been trying to contact Fender regarding a warranty issue, and attempted to use the form on their 'Contact Us' page.

This was about a week ago, and still no response.. but I'm wondering whether the message actually went at all. When I'd written it, I clicked the 'Contact Us' (send) button.. the page then refreshed, and all that came back was a blank form. My message had disappeared, and there was no confirmation at all that it had been sent.. not even a confirmation email.

I wasn't sure if this was simply how the form worked on the Fender site, and so I decided to give it some time and wait for a response. A week later, and still nothing.. I really am wondering if it was ever sent.

Does anyone else have any experience with this, or failing that.. an email address which I could use to contact Fender, instead of using the form?

Any advice would be much appreciated

Thank you

Russ

Send them an email at:
consumerrelations@fender.com

Expect a day or two for a reply.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

That's great, thank you.. I'll drop them an email and see if I can get a response.
