What's your favorite Pink Floyd album? Mine has been The Wall forever but lately Animals has been my fave.

Because of who I was and where I was at the time, for me it is Wish You Were Here, with the headphones on. The only bummer was having to get off the couch to flip the LP over. When I saw Pink Floyd in 1988 at the Oakland Coliseum and they opened with Shine On You Crazy Diamond, it took me right back to that happy place.

Does that really qualify as an album, though? Pink Floyd's genius lies in that their albums are all concept albums with flow and unity... A greatest hits collection does no justice to The Wall and Dark Side...

As for my favorite, I would've said the Wall a year ago, but I feel myself...falling to the Dark Side.

I like it because it has a little
bit of everything on it... I don't
think just because it's a greatest
hits album that it takes away any-
thing from their creativity...

But that's just me...

By far Animals if I count how many copies I've worn out and replaced.
