Well, Mark. Nice work on that writing my friend. You never cease to amaze me on your eloquent way of expressing your thoughts and sharing them for our delight.

I too, at the risk of shakng the apples off the tree, am not a Springsteen fan. I do see the talent and he is a kazillion times more gifted than I; but, I have seen comparisons of him with others that I find to be a little exaggerated. IMHO.

Many years ago I read an article that placed him as a timely figure to be promoted against the British Invasion which sent America into a music damage control mode. Conveniently, Elvis was, at this time, transforming his identity with the Colonel and Hollywood. It may or may not be true, but I will give Bruce his due as a songwriter all the same.

Your concepts are always of interest and they serve you well as you execute them with pizazz and emotions that we all can relate to with enjoyment, Mark.

Keep on the well traveled journey. and let us always share the trip.

Glad to see you got my reply, Mark. Writing, at least for me, can be a wondrous spillage of emotions with great return. My tang gets all toungled when I speaketh so words that are typed or scribed will always have an important job to perform, and yours do the job very well, and when they are wrapped in music the package is a welcome delivery.
Cheers!

For the soul: Happy music without lyrics is a fast song. Sad music without lyrics is a slow song, However, each can be something else.

For the mind: A song with lyrics, fast or slow, is unmistakeable. - FSB
