Has anyone seen him lately? No offense to anyone else but he is one of the more helpful people on this forum and I kinda miss his advice. :(

A search showed that he posted some yesterday in Stratocasters area.

Hopefully he's okay and just busy making music.

Sorry guys, I've had a few "health challanges' lately. I just didn't want to advertise it since there are others here with bigger problems. Well that and I'm not one for bringing attention to myself. But since the cats out of the bag.....

I've got a section of colon thats prone to nasty and painful infections. It's going to have to be removed. It's not like and emergency or anything, I could wait a year to do it I guess. Just something that's going to have to happen eventually.

I also had a mild "cardiac event". Not really a heart attack, just a shot across the bow. Gotta make those mid-life lifestyle changes and quit living like I'm still 27. Have one of those treadmill stress tests scheduled for next week. Ya know, where they put you on a treadmill and give you a heart attack (not really) by making your heart work so hard you think you're gonna die. Can't wait for that one. $5 says I puke on their machine. Anyway, that'll let me know how messed up the old heart is.

So that's what I've been up to lately. All in all I'm fine. On the positive side, I don't have to mow the lawn for the next few weeks! WOOO HOOO!

Take Care of yourself my friend. I'm sending you some Major Mojo and Prayers.

I had one of those stress tests not too long ago. I got lucky though, I had the one where they use medication to do what the treadmill does. It wasn't too bad. The stress part is the anticipation of what might happen during the test. Try to relax and listen to the instructions they give you during the test and you'll be just fine.
Keep us up to date on how things are going.

Yep. You just made the list! The prayer list that is!

I know how the nuclear stress tests go. They suck but it is a helluva lot better than a myocardial infarction! (Try saying THAT three times fast.) I know what I am talking about. I had one last November. Trust me, you don't want to have one of those!

Hang in there Brudda!

They found a lot of severe descending diverticulosis when I had my PET and CT scans. I was told that most people eventually get this and never know it. They also said that it can be controlled and is a combination of not enough fiber in the diet and the natural aging process.

With that said, I wish you the best and hope that your other health problems are resolved also with a full and speedy recovery!

I only wish the best for you, man, just like I do for Chet and Mike. The journey to old age is different for all of us, but in the end, we all seem to arrive at the same place. And the stories we will have to tell each other...wow!

Rest easy and take care of you.
