I just read the news, but I'm on my iPhone and I can't post a link to the article right now. She was 60 years old, so she must have been around 20 when she did "Star Wars." This year can kiss my arse! :( RIP, Carrie.

The Blues Brothers musicians and actors are getting fewer and fewer.

Big Walter Horton (d 1981)
John Belushi (d 1982)
Cab Calloway (d 1994)
John Candy (d 1994)
John Lee Hooker (d 2001)
Kathleen Freeman (d 2001)
Ray Charles (d 2004)
Jeff Morris (d 2004)
James Brown (d 2006)
Henry Gibson (d 2009)
Charles Napier (d 2011)
Alan Rubin (d 2011)
Pinetop Perkins (d 2011)
Donald "Duck" Dunn (2012)
Carrie Fisher (d 2016)

Dan Aykroyd, Aretha Franklin, Steven Spielberg and Joe Walsh are still alive. I think.

That's true, she was in that as the woman that keep trying to kill John Belushi's character. I haven't seen that film in ages. I use to have the soundtrack of it on vinyl.

It looks like her mother, Debbie Reynolds also had just died the day after her: http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/20 ... at-84.html

I think they were saying it was possibly a stroke relating to the stress of Carrie dying. That's really tragic. :(
