It may not be the most difficult song, and it's not entirely instrumental (though leaving out the vocal doesn't detract from the song at all), but I'd have to say Key To The Highway.

I've heard a lot....probably Ocean by the John Butler Trio. Though, anything by the Ventures is pretty good :D

With Bob Bogle on lead with Jazzmaster, Don Wilson on Rhythm with Jazzmaster or Stratocaster and Nokie Edwards on Precision. And Mel Taylor (Rest In Honoured Peace) on drum kit.
