Arrived in Key West last night, took the ghost tour and ended up at the Hard Rock. They had two Strats on the wall, one was Randy Bachman, the other Bob Dylan.

Very Cool!!

Will most likely go bar hopping tonight, I hope I can find some live music.

I wonder if Hard Rock's Dylan's Strat is this one (dated but relevant):

Hope you're enjoying the Keys, Omar.

I wouldn't have expected the iconic Strat to be there at Hard Rock, Mud; but, ya never know sometimes.

I found the real one and it's owner: :D

No, it is not THE Strat, it has a flame maple top.

Thanks for the pics, Darryl. I'm having my morning java at home enjoying your photos. I found some humour in the nameplate under Bachman's Strat. Who else would have autographed the pickguard? LOL. The Hendrix boots were very cool, and you certainly have that morning coffee relaxed look. Who wouldn't in those fabulous surroundings? 8)
Cheers!

Here is the Bob Dylan Guitar, the sign says it was signed by Bob Dylan, so I don't think he played it.

Here is a close up so you can see the flame top;

Key West is really something, I can't get over how many old houses and buildings that are here. I live in Tampa, and if you know Florida you know that there are very few old buildings. Hurricanes and termites make sure of that. The heat during the day is bad, so it is really peaceful and laid back during the day, but as soon as the sun starts going down things get lively!!

Everyone needs to put a visit here on your bucket list.

I saw a place on Duval street called the Millionaire Gallery, here are some examples of the things they had:

Of course there were not prices on anything, I guess if you have to ask you can 't afford it, but it was fun to look. Sorry that some of the picture did not turn out well, they had a lot of very bright lights and it was hard to find a angle that did not have a lot of glare. also it was later in the evening and they have a lot of sidewalk bars on Duval St, so you know.... :lol:

Sad to see these instruments be jailed behind glass.
An instrument that never gets played is like a girl who never gets kissed.
