Professor Tim Flannery
Chief Councillor
Climate Control, Australia

This episode spoke of how global efforts are and aren’t progressing, and how future management and results are expected to be based on contributions currently promised, hopefully promised, and if executed.

Here’s a fact mentioned: 80 years from now Africa’s population will reach 4 billion people!
Migration is expected.

Watching the Mounties get their man (men) again. It’s the two suspected murderers who are thought to have murdered 3 people in BC and then drove halfway across Canada with a victim’s SUV leaving many northern Manitobans locked in their homes scared throughout the day and night for close to two weeks on a remote thickly wooded community.

The victims were survivalists and avoided the man hunters only to be located 8km from the original main search. Well, after two weeks of frustration with no leads other than unconfirmed tips in and out of province, and recently finding a busted boat on a difficult river with an added underwater search, the two of global interest were located. They did not survive. We still do not know the death details. Drowning, murder, suicide, murder suicide, and other questions are still to be answered.

One thing for sure, is that one of the biggest searches in Canada is over thankfully without innocent lives coming into danger.

As for easy going townsfolk in Gillam and vicinity, some relief; but, the event will have lasting effect and professional help is continuing for the time being.

Sleep well Gillam and York Landing. Tomorrow’ is a new day.

Today it has been reported that Chase Bank (pulled out from Canada about one year ago after 13 years business) decided it is more expensive to collect than to forgive outstanding balances.

Canadian customers got a surprise, and all debt owned by it’s customers, is paid off. Amazon.ca VISA and Marriot Rewards VISA is part of the credit forgiveness.

Talk about lucky. Huh?

Me? Not so lucky.

Wow, I don't think I ever heard of anything like that before.

After being thoroughly depressed by the news, I think I'll start watching an AC/DC documentary on Amazon.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers are hosting the Calgary Stampeders on military night. Bombers are first placed in the west, but only by one game amongst three other western teams. Calgary being one.

Gonna be a good game.:D
