Fake News! I just discovered that we got duped into thinking that was the first game of the Finals.
We caught the game halfway into it and nothing would show as being different including the fact it was broadcast after the playoffs, it played in Toronto just like the first game of the 2019 Finals is about to do, and the players were the same with Drake in the stands. Also, not having won a game against the Warriors since 2014 as reported became out of context. The watched game in question was from the regular season 2018-2019 November 29, 2018. So much for the Raptors’ first final game win. That court advantage happens today May 30 (for real) at 6pm PT.

I hope I don’t see a repeat of this year’s Finals next year. Golly, I miss 24/7 Live TV. No mistaking that. The least they could have done is to have had Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake at half time. That would have been a clue.
I was told early that those in the industry often believed and said, “There’s nothing new on TV”. I guess they were right.

Congratulations, FSB, it was an excellent game. I thought Kevin Durant was out for the season but I heard he may be back for Game 3. If KD is up to snuff, it could be a game changer.

Yeah, I believe KD was a factor and he will definitely make a difference. On the other hand (pun intended) the Warriors are not unbeatable, and although experience counts, the Raptors have as good a chance if not better of filling that void. Coaching and penalties will likely make the difference IMHO. I love that basketball is truly a team sport and the better team will have the best shot. Should be a great series.

I haven't watched as much basketball this year as I usually do and I was very impressed by the Raptors. They played an excellent game. We're getting a little tired of GS so we're rooting for the Raptors. As you said, it should be a great series.
