After they showed train trestles in Chicago on fire to keep the tracks functional in the cold weather, a hole in a Pembroke Pines, Florida Road leading to a tunnel under a bank, complete with a ladder and generator, has the cops bewildered as to who is responsible and they have no idea when it was started. I guess the would be thieves are out some pocket change. I think it’s El Chapo.
