Thanks. I actually heard about them by reading about them in an article in "Premier Guitar" magazine, the other day. The bass player uses Gibson EB-2, and Epiphone Rivoli semi-hollow body basses, which also got my interest, since I'm big into that sort of thing.

All Them Witches on KEXP. I just happened to find this in the queue, when I was watch the L.A. Witch KEXP performance. I never heard of them before, but I think they sound pretty good. Sort of have a Pink Floyd vibe to them, but not exactly. I can't think of who else you could compare it to, if you needed to. Also, if you pay attention to the bassist/singer, he's playing on a Rickenbacker bass that either he, or someone else did a chop job on. Still sounds good, though.

I’m looking at a bomb scare for the Whitehouse, the Time Warner Center CNN NY Offices, and for others including the Obamas and the Clintons. As I write this now Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz (former chairwoman of the Democratic Party) has her office found to have a possible bomb in Florida. So far the situation appears under control as a suspicious package is ready to be exploded in New York’s controlled container.

It has been reported that two devices were located at or near the Whitehouse. Little coverage from the Whitehouse is on the air at this time so confirmation is cloudy; however, now reports say the secret service has said no suspicious packages arrived at the Whitehouse.

No claims for the events have come forward. Now is the time for a constructive neutral position behind the news desk and on the streets. It’s not the first and sure as H*ll won’t be the last time we’ll have to deal with knuckleheads.

Not to diminish the terror of this practice, unfortunately, it’s important to know that this happens elsewhere and has throughout history for similar reasons as well, be they from another country or from a disgruntled group or an individual at a domestic level. As the NYPD Commissioner just now said, “We’ve seen this before.”

Put another dime in the jukebox. Time to chill. Actually, even with diligence, and frustrating as the challenges are, it’s always a good time to chill
