I hope your pearly whites are in good shape, FSB. :D I'm still watching YouTube vids on DAWs. Most are very similar functionally but there are differences so I am being thorough. Ok, maybe I have a touch of OCD but I'm having fun.

That’s always a great show. I’m divided on whether I like it or not though. Sometimes I see things I should have kept.

That legendary treasure site sure brings a lot of interest. I remember a lot of treasure hub bub (including Oak Island) going around when I was a young boy living in the land of Nova Scotia, full of explorers, pirates, rum runners and other scoundrels. I’m not so sure that Oak Island will come up with the much talked about treasure. I and my buddy’s tried but never found any booty in that region either.

Nova Scotia has made changes to protect land, underwater discoveries, and to prevent the destruction and removal of artifacts that leave/left the province. One of the concerns is that salvage companies simply mass produce collection without concern for the associated land and structures and more. The last I read was 90% of the find goes to the finder and 10% to the government. I would not be surprised to see that changed.

When I lived on Vancouver Island I got to see treasure for sale from the Atocha. That was fantastic.

Here it is:

This is an interesting video FSB, thanks. It's really cool that you got to see the treasure of the Atocha.

I touched part of the hull of the Titanic when artifacts were exhibited in Chicago. There were signs everywhere reading "Do Not Touch" but, for some strange reason, I just couldn't resist. We were shadowed by a security guard for the rest of our visit.

I saw the treasures from King Tut's tomb in Chicago too. The items were magnificent, truly breathtaking. It was so much different than seeing them on TV. I couldn't touch anything though because everything was in climate-controlled cases. :( We went on the opening day of the exhibit and we were glad we did because, after a few days, the lines were crazy long.

Well keep on keepin' on havin' a great day!

Good on you for beating the security on the Titanic, Marky. :P I got to meet Robert Ballard several times and that’s as close as I got to the Titanic. Talk about an enthusiastic explorer. What a great guy who loves to talk about his discoveries.

I love Egyptology. I missed out on the King Tut exhibit and I truly would love to have seen it. I had a play set of Egyptian toys as a kid and now, from a book sale, I acquired some old books from authorities on hieroglyphics. It must have been amazing, Marky.

At least I didn’t end up with a mummy’s curse.
