CFL rivalry annual back to back game unofficially called the Banjo Bowl with reference to the movie Deliverence. Don't ask.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers vs.
Saskatchewan Roughriders

Saskatchewan won on Labor Day, but Winnipeg is leading today by 20 points halfway through the last quarter.

There's a contest as to which home crowd has the loudest cheering. Meanwhile, cops were chasing down a moose on a busy roadway leading to the stadium.

Within a few minutes I saw Mexico with Hurricane Katia hitting an earthquake disaster, Hurricane Irma in Florida, and Korea's conflict.
But, all is not gloomy. :D
Today it was reported that there were new treasures found in Luxor, Egypt's Valley of The Kings!

The world is a wonderful place to discover along the rough journey of life. It's like us. It has peaks and valleys, and once in a while we get a shakeup that eventually brings calm.

I'm watching the same now. Looks rough out there, Steve. You did the right thing IMHO, Here's wishing the best for ya.

Stay safe and play it smart. Power outage alone is going to be a b*tch, and even if you can get it others that you need help from may not. Some things need time. Use it to your advantage.

Keep us posted.

Yeah, I hope so, too. I've seen that St. Petersburg might get a direct hit. My parents moved to North Carolina from there this past year, but I still have friends there. When I lived there, the closest we ever really got any damage was from Hurricane Elena in 1985, and I don't remember anything too extensive, but that could have been around our old neighborhood, though.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Looks like I'm stranded in Connecticut for a few more days. Apparently, Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Int'l was hit by a tornado and they have to clean up the debris and check the runways for damage before it can reopen.

Watching various videos related to the aftermath of the hurricane. What a friggin' mess that is!

Getting up to watch where the hurricane is and was. Then I'm not going to watch my weight with a cinnamon bun.
