I thought too someone might be using it.
"Pirate History The name "Jolly Roger" is thought to have come from joli rouge (pretty red), a wry French description of the bloody banner flown by early privateers."
But no one is using this version, at least none I have found. Bunker Hill used a jolly roger as their logo.
There were a couple of Lady Privateer's which fits Brad's band fine. He should allow me to write him a rocker or two to bring the pirate message across "we take what we want and you can't stop us" .
Just a song or two should do the trick and the name will be theirs.

For their logo, skull and cross-bones or skeleton with pitch fork?
