Went to their show tonight at the same venue I saw Buddy Guy a few weeks back - Minnesota Zoo Amphitheatre, but w/ even better seats.

Despite 90° temps, the Show was amazing.

The crowd stood for the entire 3 hr. show (I doubt they could help themselves w/ all the Energy coming from the Band).

George started w/ "Who do you Love...??" cycling through , "Get a Haircut", "$20 Gig", "Baby don't go", "One Bourbon, one Scotch, one Beer", "Move it on over", "I drink alone", "Let's work together", "Madison Blues", "Night time", "I'm wanted", finishing up w/ a very, very, Kick *ss "Bad to the Bone" !!

Great show... don't miss him if he's in your area !!

Pics are locked on Mrs. LMN's phone, but I'll get them up tmw.

Cheers!

I love Thorogood...I've seen him three or four times, and he always rocks.

Was Jim Suhler playing second guitar with him? If you get a chance, look up Suhler's catalog...his band "Monkey Beat" was one of the best things coming outta Dallas in the 1990s...and 2000s...and now!

I saw him in either 1997 or 1998 in Calgary, also outdoors.
Glad you enjoyed it.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Yeah Thorogood is a lot of fun, worked a couple of 3 shows with him in my day. He took a lot from John Lee Hooker, and Hooker don't mind
