At Guitar Center tonight Branden Carpenter was in charge. He gave a great talk about Fender and the new products, guitars and amps. The Paramount's play and sound really good. The Elite's are awesome. I wasn't sure about the Bassbreaker's but when Branden plugged in an Elite Tele it sounded just fine. If you get the chance to go to one of these, go you will have fun.

ps: I got a free Fender T-shirt !

I should say that it really was nice. They had a buffet table with eats and refreshments and T-shirts (everybody got a T-shirt), a huge bowl with Fender guitar picks of which I took 2 thins 2 mediums 2 heavies and 1 Fender 1.14 mm (my new favorite). Brandon let us try the guitars and amps and I liked them all (the elite Telecaster has locking tuners) beautiful playing and sounding gear.

It was here last night at one of the GC's.

I was invited and accepted the invite, but my buddy cancelled last minute, so I cancelled too... might have been a bit hasty

Maybe next go'round...

Cheers!

Missed my opportunity in south Florida. Had to entertain customers, but . . .

. . . retirement is coming.
