A-OK here in sunny AZ. How are you Glenn?

I'm fine at 79 degrees right now. Earlier this morning, it was about 73 degrees with some passing light rain showers. Kinda' the norm type of weather in south FL's winter months.

Good morning, FSB. What time is brunch? Have a great day!
Sorry, Marky. I just read your post and sad to say you just missed it. I woulda shared. Your fried egg and cheese bagel didn’t go to waste though. :P
Hope the rest of your day is great. :D

Well maybe next time. My day was great. I got lots of stuff done including practice/playing time. It felt really good and, I have to admit, I sounded pretty good too after a couple of weeks off. Sometimes a little time off is a good thing. 8) I hope you enjoyed the Olympics.

That sounds pretty nice, Glenn. It's our nice time of year here too. :)

I always hear from folks, It's a dry heat. That would about take me out. I'm so used to the higher humidity, I don't think Dry would be my friend. Might be the same with you if you were here in high humidity. I guess both places though, are better than freezing like a lot of other areas in the country are doing about now. Feb. can be a brutal winter month up north from what I remember as a kid there.

You're right about humidity. I much prefer dry. I guess that's why there's Florida and Arizona. :D Good morning friendly Lizards. Have a wonderful day!

I’ve experience your weather around this time of year in Ft. Lauderdale Glenn, and it was fine. It was the first time I discovered an unlined suit. 8) I haven’t experienced the desert, Marky, but I have been in 112 degrees in the shade in Panama in the Canal Zone. Coming back from there to Winterpeg (a difference of about -150 degrees) within a week had me shiver for a week while my body adjusted.

But, you are so right about northern temperature swings, Glenn. Today in Manitoba, 85 miles from Minnesota and North Dakota, compared to our -40 C (- 40 F) without windchill weather, we are experiencing what we call a beautiful sunny winter day at -2 C (28.4 F) . . . but, tomorrow it will be -19 C / 2.2 F for a high and - 20 C / 4 F for a low with expected wind chill bringing it to - 35 C / -32.8 F. Present humidity is 65%.

We also know Winter can trick us into believing Spring is around the corner when February and March can hit us with a snowstorm and trickle away as late as early May. We have trouble gardening with things like weeds as it’s a toss up to grow grass or tackle weeds as growing patterns are in a conundrum.

Then Summer comes and usually it’s hot and dry, but recently last year it was very humid and so hot many did not see outdoors much.

And then there’s Fall. My favourite time of year. :D
Have a great day wherever you are!

Good morning, all. 8) I haven't been able to say that in a while, since I was up during nights, and that was getting to depressing. I'm glad we're heading towards March, and out of winter, at least.

I hope you get some desirable routine back soon, Paul. My work days were 24/7 on call amongst other things. I don’t miss that, but it seems that I still have that habit of not knowing when to sleep and when to be awake. Bad habits are hard to break. Some days are better than others; however, I sometimes think that comes with age thinking I might miss something. In the end I find that little has changed. Pretty much same old same old.

With that I leave you all with a
Good Morning!

Howdy! It's 82 degrees right now, just before noon. Overall, it's a really calm day. The wind is SE @7mph. The humidity is down kinda' low here @51%. Image Feeling ok.

It's usually below 30%. Sometimes even in the single digits. My old arthritic joints seem to prefer low humidity. :)
