I hope your Thanksgiving was great and that no one got a black eye or sprained wrist carrying that shopping deal from a Black Friday promotion. Here in Canada there is a rotating postal strike, so I suppose there will be some concern for retailers and customers alike.

Today is a time to remember the past, embrace the present, and begin the future. Make it a good one.

80 degrees and cloudy here in Boca Raton, bro. The morning started off sunny when I set out to have the car washed and complete a few odds and ends. I recall photos of the snow on that gorgeous piece of property of yours. That's about the only kind of thing I miss about having left the Northeast. Pre-dog snow. That, and when autumn sets in . Ya'll can have the rest. We have a kick $@! summer down here which lasts most of the year, and winter is more like late Spring, except when the Jet sends the Polar Express down here. It has been in the 30's here in SoFLA in the past. We're off to Puerta Vallarta in two weeks for our winter vacay. Will be there until the end of February. Right now the temperature is about 2 degress F lower than here.

Ya'll have a safe and blessed holiday season. Hugs, kisses, and scratches a lo demas de la familia. Will be track'in ya from south of the borderless.

I’m getting a little concerned. We’re almost into December, and yep it’s cold and the winter tires are on, but we aren’t trudging or shoveling snow yet. Around Halloween we usually expect it. No complaints though; however, this often turns out to be the calm before the storm.

Big football day. Final one of the year on this side of the border. Grey Cup Day. Woo Hoo!

The game is outdoors in Edmonton, so it may drop snow on the players. That’s always challenging, and that’s how we roll with the CFL.
