After a sorely needed setup, the newest family member sounds great!

I'll get a new tail piece and apply some much needed fingerboard oil, and we'll be ready to woo the women and scare the mice!

Thanks, folks! I like the violin burst on this one! :D

Not having a useful singing voice, even for chorus, I try to compensate by playing some extra instruments. Harmonica, fiddle and tin flute. At least I'll be welcome in Irish pub jams. :p

Any others here who dabble in playing folksy instruments?

I've messed around with a mandolin a long time ago. A friend of mine bought one for some reason (I never seen him really play it at the time) and he left it over my house at the time, so I played around with it.
