oh man- what a great thread!
I had just started playing guitar when surf music hit. I was learning pipeline, apache, sleepwalk and many others that I still play today.
man-I miss the 60's!

I've seen Dick Dale several times, most recently the past few years in New Orleans.

Always a great show (despite his advanced years) and Mrs. LMN always says he's the loudest show she's ever heard (and we've seen a LOT of shows).
