I would just go and buy a regular acoustic. Reason being ? it'll make you a better musician ! You can get a Fender DG-60 in Natural for only $149.99 at Guitar Center. I bought one last March and it's IMO, a very under rated guitar.

So the general summary of this thread is:

Get one of these:

- Sonoran
- Stratacoustic
- Kingman

I might avoid the Stratacoustic because of some deeper researching people say it's a like a toy with a good preamp. And I have no idea how would the fiberglass body even feel like as from the pictures it looks like it will annoy me more than anything. Although I do like the body cut out to reach the lower frets. Currently I'm looking more into the Sonoran as I don't think the Kingman is in my price range.

Although while looking for the Sonoran I saw another Sonoran model that was called Thinline. I wonder if that is good too? And where might I be able to find that as my regular places I look for stuff has it as sold out. I noticed the thinline was a bit quieter and more brigher sounding in the videos. Are there other acoustic guitars with strat necks and a thin line model?

For an acoustic guitar that feels like an electric, you might try the Kramer Ferrington.

(In my not-so-humble opinion) They sound like crap when not plugged in, they look goofy, but they "feel" like an electric guitar.

go try some Taylors.

Their neck profiles seem to be more agreeable to players who primarily play electric.

This may be off topic; but, because we're talking acoustics and sharp frets here, perhaps, after stumbling on this video, this might be of interest to some.
