Congrats! That is a nice bass! I like the fret markers.

Thanks folks. Fender really did a nice job on this one. The playability of it is fantastic. It's hard to describe how good the neck feels on it. It's a smooth, quick player. As much as I like the CS60's on the Am. Std., the vintage style pups on the USA GL Jazz sound great on it.

So when are you going to post it on the thread for basses or guitars you keep on returning to?

Probably not for a while, since it's the only bass I'm using. 8)

Then again, you would keep returning to it because it is your only one. :P I should start a thread of how many instruments you have that are in need of repair and you can't really play them. I think I'd probably top the list there. :P

That's true about returning to it, it's the last one. Your thread idea is not that crazy either. I'll bet you're not the only one with some instruments in need of repair.

Two have shorts in their electronics and one has a buzz problem with the A string, although it's playable and I did manage to get it where it wasn't picking up the buzz through the amp. That was that Peavey I was talking about before.

Your Peavey sounds like the workhorse of the crew there.
