Hi ,

It is a day and night between them ;

1- Humbucker Gibson/ single coil Fender
2- Neck radius is not the same.
3- Gibson have shorter scale than Fender.

Did you try both ?

Fender ; if you use the tremolo , good chance your guitar won't return in tune. On all my Strats I adjust bridge down in the body , no more tremolo .

Features / quality look same to me but I like more Fender tone and for the history .

I know it's probably a cost thing to compare a faded SG.. that said, These two guitars really are just about polar opposites.

Once you lay hands on a nice SG Standard, you'll probably wonder what took you so long to try one.

after that, it's all over but the zero % interest terms

What sort of music do you play?
Both are pretty equal quality wise.
If you're looking to bang out Angus all day, get the SG.
If you want to twang like a king, get the Strat.
If you want to hammer chords and twang, get a Tele.

They will all do pretty much whatever and you'll find them all as versatile as each other as you grow into them.

If you have big hands, an SG (depeding on model) can be a more comfortable choice. Gibson still makes models with wider nuts and heftier necks. And if you play high up on the fretboard, especially on the bass side (think Tony Iommi), the extra space due to the double cut can be helpful.
But strats have other advantages - comfort and a headstock that doesn't crack if you look hard at it, for example. And the distinct single-coil strat-tone.

As others have said, it's not an either/or. The two are different enough that they don't easily compare. Personally, I play my Gibson SG more than my Strat, but that's mostly due to big hands, and partially because I like how the 490 T/R humbuckers in mine sound through an EL-34 driven tube amp. YMMV.

I like to play all styles of music and my hands are small. i heard that vintage noiseless pickups can make the humbucker sound.

Fender noiseless (vintage, SCN and N3) are humbuckers, so yes, you get more of a humbucker sound.

Or you can change the wiring in the strat to use a reverse wound reverse polarity (RWRP) middle pickup, in which case settings two and four will give you much the same effects as a humbucker, including noise cancellation. The more so the more similar the winding on the pickups.

But you can't get the deep growly double humbucker sound without two humbuckers. It's nice to have a guitar that can do that for the bass fifth riffs of some songs.
If I were to only have two electric guitars, I'd pick one with two humbuckers and one with at least a bridge single coil. Rhythm/jazz people might say I'm all wrong and that the first choice should be a P90 neck pickup... :)

But anyhow, either a Strat or an SG are good solid first picks; guitars you can bond with for a lifetime.

My personal take on this is that at lower price points, I prefer Fender. As you move up, I prefer Gibson. I am a HUGE fan of the Gibson SG (my main guitar for decades was a '79 SG Standard - phenomenal guitar). But I am not a fan of Gibson's faded finish and the loss of bells and whistles (compared to a Standard). That being said, I also hate gold hardware on Strats (sorry, but I do -- the DP is the one with gold hardware, right?). Honestly, I would suggest you rob the couch for lost quarters and find a way to work your way to a Gibson SG standard. Also the 2016 Gibson Firebird is relatively inexpensive and very nice, too.

I purchased a Deluxe Strat Plus and I really like it. It comes with the N3 pickups, locking tuning keys and a compound radius neck. It also uses personnality cards to instantly hotrod the guitar in seconds without lifting a soldering iron. there's a HSS model with Rosewood finger board and SSS with a maple finger board. Fender also released more cards to add to the mod abilities.

Here are some other reviews and videos

These guys are fun to watch and they demo the gear pretty well.

This video shows the guitar sounding very Les Paul-like
