RIP. There aren't many of the old Bluesmen left.

There are still a few, like Robert Johnson, Otis Rush, James Cotton, John Mayall, Terry Garland, Buddy Guy and Jodie Williams.
But for every one that disappears, there doesn't seem to be enough that pick up the trade - at least not for old school blues. It's getting thinner, and that is sad. Joe Bonamassa is one of the too few "new" bluesmen that play old blues.
That others pick their own paths and modernize is all well, we need that too, but I still like to hear the old heartfelt blues.

Hunter will be missed.
