The first thing is I thought of was roach clips, and I'm not even a pothead. :P

Very interesting device, though. 8)

The PanaVise is one of the most interesting devices I own.

This is more gear related than the tool I posted about above.
They came in the mail today.
I found these high heat silicone rings on Amazon for a fraction of the price you see them on sites like TAD, Tube Store, Tube Depot, etc.
They were so cheap I though maybe they were a rip-off and were not heat resistant.
Rather than finding out by making a horrible mess inside my amplifiers I decided to test them first.
I baked them at 450 for half an hour.
They smelled a little funny when they were first heating up but that passed.
They did not melt and they're still soft and rubbery.
Eight bucks for ten rings compares quite well with other places charging fifteen bucks a ring or more.
Unfortunately I did not find any other sizes at such a low price.

These were advertised as being suitable for 12AX7s and for EL84s.
Perfect for my little Boogie.

I was desperately in need of a 12th fuzz pedal, so I picked up one of these on a clearance sale.

It's a clone of the Sola Tone Bender MK I, but with a bias knob.

Here's the demo that sold me on it.

I must be friggin' psychic, because I was thinking the other day I was thinking about that cab when you got the Ampeg head. Maybe because they advertised both of them together when they first came out.

Thanks, guys!

I don't go back to work until the 22nd, so I have 11 days to play around with it before busy time starts again.

The two do pair up very well. 12’s Did matchup with tube amps in the 60’s. I’m no stranger to using 12’s. I guess that means I go back a ways.

I saw a local G C had some Olympic White Mustang PJ's available. So,......... I was able to get one still in the box with a fretboard that I liked over the floor model.

Very cool. 8) I remember they had those in orange for a brief time. I don't think they still do.

There's also an American version of it now too.

Yeah, I saw that one. They also have a signature model from that dude that usually plays with Beck, Justin Meldal-Johnsen. I wish they'd bring back the Squier models, for poor bastards such as myself. :P
