I just installed TS in my Highway One Tele w/4way switch. I'm getting feedback when I am in the drive channel using a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. Has anyone had the same issue???

Are these pickups have more output ? Yes IMO .
Are they too close to the strings ?

Feedback on all pickups position or just one ....?

Feedback when you are close to the amp ,in front of the amp ?

Drive Channel volume at 1 or 10 ?

Before , with originals Pu did you have feedback with same setting / same amp ?

I moved the pups away from the strings, drive channel is at 3, feeds back in all positions and anywhere where I stand. I had them installed by a tech at a local shop about ten years ago and had the same problem and had them removed.

Did you say you have the feed back since 10 years ?

Pickups look defective to me or something wrong in the wiring ?

What your guitar tech say about that ? This is the first to help you , he do the job

Can you post the wiring diagram you used? That would be extremely helpful, then we can start to paint a picture of what may be going on.

Thanks.

Ground issues, bad wiring and poor cavity shielding are the most common causes for the feedback/60-cycle hum. Remove the pickguard and check the wires. It's possible something went wrong during the installation.

Feedback;

Amp is too loud and /or guitar too close to the amp's speaker

Loose parts in the pickups ; need waxing or replace
