I recently bought a 1994 Fender Strat Ultra with a book matched flame maple3T sunburst top and back. It has an ebony neck, an LSR roller nut, Tremsetter, chrome machines, chrome bridge and saddles and a Fender ULTRA bridge plate. It is all consistent with the exception of the pickguard and pickups. It has a trio of single coils. As I was lubing the pots, I noticed that the pickups have silver foil Customer Shop stickers on them. They have white covers, black bottoms and the magnets tops are flat, not beveled. The center two pole pieces are higher and the outside pairs are lower. I also noticed that one pickup had a blue dot on the bottom of one pole piece and another one had a red dot. I think the center had a white or gray dot IIRC.

I could kick myself for not taking some pictures.

Anyone have any ideas as to what type of Fender Customer Shop pickup I have?

Well, we can rule out CS 69's.

Do you remember the color of the wires, pics would be a big help.

+1

We can rule out a lot of things.

But what we can't do is rule anything in.

Pics are imperative.

Hi and thanks for your help. I do remember that the wires were thick white. Someone had done a really tidy job of covering the back of the pickguard in copper foil.

The MicroTilt screw was missing so I'll more than likely tear it down again this week because there was a metal shim in the neck pocket that I will remove. I think that 21 years later I would be better off without the shim and just a very light tighten on the MicroTilt. I will get some photos if I go in again.
