Hi all!

I'm new to this community...
I have a Mexican Strat H/S/S with Floyd Rose and I'm thinking of changing the pickguard. Are all/most 11hole strat pickups the same or do they differ in size? My biggest worry is that my strat is with 21 frets, whereas most are with 22.

Any advice?

Thanks!

Pretty sure the replacement pick guards are same size... Go with a genuine Fender one... so long as you get the 11 hole with the hss config... you should be good to go

Thank you!

Now I see a noticeable difference in what seems to be the position of the mid pickup of my 21 fret model and the pickguards offered online. The rest of the details seem to be matching...
Just wrote to Fender Customer support. Will post their reply.

Everything will be the same on a Fender brand pickgaurd.
The only thing you need to know is does your Humbucker have the two adjustment screws on the top of the pickup or just one? There IS a difference.

Some Humbuckers have one adjustment screw on bottom and top, and others have one on the bottom and two on the top...and they make pickgaurds to accommodate the difference.

Don't know all the models with the two screws, but, my 2006 Anniversary Highway 1 had the double screws up top on the Humbucker...this is how I found out.

Pretty important if you don't feel like (meticulous) drilling of your own on a brand new pickgaurd.
