Pole adjust... each individual string has it's very own adjustment screw...
Low E - stays flush
A String - a little higher
D string - a littler higher than the A string
etc....
Repeat for G thru High E....
Basically, it's the equivalent of what you see on a Staggered single coil pup... but I don't raise the G as high as a trad staggered SS pup

One of my guitars is a Carvin DC127 which has 11 (not a typo) on each magnet, 22 per humbucker. I adjusted each one until the output matched (it didn't take much) and it probably turned out to be a small stair-step setup. It was a successful experiment but I haven't bothered with my other humbucker-equipped axes.

For those who may not be familiar/know how to do this...

Here's the way to dial your bucker's so they're totally awesome... and do exactly what YOU want them too. Keep in mind... these specs are a starting point... they can all be tweaked to get specifically what you're looking for of your humbuckers

Adjustment Specs for setting up Your Buckers:

Humbucker Height
Neck & Bridge pups: 3/32nds BASS side... 2/32nds TREBLE side

Humbucker Pole Piece Heights
Set all the poles so that... when looking at the screw heads from the side that only the rounded part rises above the flat part of the pickup's top (or the pickup cover).
Low E - no change
A string - raise 1 full turn
D string - raise 1 1/2 full turns
G string - raise 1/2 turn
B string - lower 1 full turn
High E - raise 1/2 turn

Rock On 8)
