Is it counterfeit? I'm thinking so...
The pick on the left came from a shell pack and is genuine.

The one on the right (bottom) looks genuine to me and the left (upper) looks fake. Plus the lower one looks like a relic, much cooler.

No, just worn.

I have a few without the trademark - those are kind of rare.

..and then there's this very rare one:

You know what they say, if we had some better photos, possibly the back and the edge used to pick the string. Oh yeah and the thickness in mm of each. Did the seller represent them as original Fender picks. Some times the weight may vary if they are not original.

I use Dunlop Nylon Max Grip 0.73mm---don't know if they are real or fake...and don't care; they get the job done. And only 4 bones for a dozen pack.
Have a bad habit of dropping my pick too often if I don't have the grip. Since I switched to the Max Grip...have not dropped it once.

I'm leaning more and more towards hybrid picking these days, using a Dunlop Jazz pick and fingers, and I'm concerned that my fingers may be counterfeit

It might only be a fake if it is supposed to be a real old one that has a high asking price, or it allegedly was used by a popular guitarist--even then it could be a real Fender pick, but has no connection to the guitarist.

Either that or it's a joke.
