My multimeter says half of my old Tele pickups are dead. Can't find any broken leads.
Any way to re-magnetize em and maybe get em cranked up?

If meter read a broken wire , there is no way to fix it . You need to rewind pickups.

Magnetize have nothing to do with broken wire .

Wire could be broken inside the coil , you can't see it

What do you mean by half of my tele pu... ? One pickup don't work ? Because you can't test only a half of a PU , you test all the PU

How do you do this test ? this reading ? What do you read ?

+1

The magnetic properties of the pole pieces (or lack thereof) have nothing to do with DC conductivity. If your meter says they're dead, they're dead. Rewinding the coil is the only way to restore the pickup's function.

Many times the "dead" pickup just has a cold solder joint at the eyelets. Reflowing the solder may fix them.

Try to measure the wires "behind" the eyelets (lightly sand off the enamel coating to get to the copper) to see if the coil is intact.
