What is the difference between part# 0991343000 '62 guard vs part# 0992144000 standard guard (color Mint Green)?

Seems like they are about the same price.

The configuration of the mounting screws is different. Compare the locations of the upper screw adjacent to the middle pickup -- on the '62 pickguard, this screw is closer to the neck pickup while it's nearly even with the middle pickup on the newer AM Standard. This change actually occurred roughly mid-year of 1964. Also, the pickup and selector-switch screws used with the '62 pickguard are nickel-plated oval-head types and the holes that accommodate them are countersunk. The AM Standard part uses chrome-plated round-head machine screws at those locations with regular holes.
