Good day to all! I am planning to put a humbucker on my Standard Fender Stratocaster, which I am very excited about :)

So, I've narrowed my thoughts on pickups: the Seymour Duncan and the DiMarzio Super Distortion. I'd like to hear your thoughts on both.

And btw, would you recommend either for a grunge kind of sound? If not, could you point me in the right direction? Thank you to all contributors, and have a nice day!

EXTRA INFO: Standard Fender Stratocaster, Alder body, Maple neck, VT-50 amp, plan to get DS-2.

Thank you to all! :D :D

Which version of the MIM Standard you've? SSS or HSS?

If you've the MIM Standard HSS, you can replace the stock bridge humbucker without any modification - unless your guitar is an SSS model and in that case you must change the pickguard.
