The biggest complaint I have about Fender guitars...the posts on the saddles. Many of them are too long, and they bite into my hand when I rest it on the bridge.

Does Fender make replacement posts? Or is my best bet to keep going to AllParts or Guitar Fetish for replacement saddles?

Fender sell those screws ; Could be too long as yours

www.fender.com/guitar-bass-parts/bridge ... -86-07-12/

Sometimes you need to file them anyway.

What is your guitar ? You may have to adjust neck angle with micro tilt and you can turn screw down to keep the same action . No more too long screws .

I have a few.

2005 MiM Strat
2011 MiM Tele
Squier CV Tele
Fender J Bass

I also have this 1980's Kaman Music GTX knockoff Strat I'm looking to work over. I found a fix for an ESP M-50 that uses the Wilkinson style bridge with Mighty Mite Saddles..but I can't find those anymore.

I got the Teles squared away and the Strat. The MiM Tele was good to go, the CV Tele took some replacement posts (and I shuffled some of the shorter posts on the ashtray bridge to the middle), but I was wondering if there was a place I could just order screws? Usually I'm dealing with AllParts or Stewart MacDonald for this sort of stuff.

It would be nice just to get the screws...but I've noticed that there isn't a large tolerance for error on the stock strat saddles if I want them flush.

Thanks for the link!
