Greetings friends.
Please, I beg I can help you choose between these two models of pickups.
What I seek is a 100% fender sound.
Treble bodied clean, not too thin.
Media only as needed, and
Bass that are not too boomy.
I need a pretty sweet sound in positions 2 and 4, a clean sound but without fanfare, that does not appreciate much the mids.
Which of these models do you think is closer to what I want?
Another thing other than what was asked. Which of these two models is more treble?
Excuse the language, do not write or speak English, I'm helping a translation program.
Thank you.

The CS 54 set will sound much brighter and more trebly than the 57/62 set, perhaps overly so depending upon your brand and model of amp. The 57/62's are closer to the prototypical vintage Strat tone that most seasoned guitarists are familiar with. A third alternative might suit your need for a fatter mid-range curve and that choice is the Fat 50's set. These pickups are now standard in a couple of contemporary Fender models, having previously been available only as an accessory set. I have guitars with both the 57/62's and the Fat 50's and between the two, I prefer the more well-rounded tones of the latter.

Thank you very much for answering my dear sir .
Actually what interests me is that my guitar sound pretty clean , has a good treble but without fanfare , low to normal levels and the means only to give presence .
My guitar is a 2011 american deluxe and I do not like the sound of the pickups N3 , the notice very cold and opaque . I want to get the sound typical of a fender .
I do not know if you 've heard the factory pads that came with the american fender stratocaster 40th anniversary (on the handle has a badge with the American flag) . That's the sound I want. I remember that those pickups made a lot of noise , but I liked the sound enough.
I just wish that you confirm that the custom 54 are brighter than any other model brand custom shop fender. I've heard them and they sound pretty good but I want the neck pickup sounds a bit brighter (suddenly is the amplifier that does not give me that much sharper than desire). In neck position there is no pickup to sound brighter than the custom 54?, perhaps custom 69 or texas special ?
Thank you very much for responding.
Sorry for not promptly respond to your earlier reply .

I don't think cs 69's or Texas Specails will fit your bill. You were on the right track to begin with. Arjay pretty well nailed it. 57/62's have that classic Fender vintage vibe, the Fat 50's are like he sadid...more well rounded. Maybe you would be better served if you describe your musical taste, and playing style instead of just asking which pu's are for you. It's way to subjective. I would have to say the 57/62 set is more trebly as you asked, but not "ice picky" like the CS 69's seem to be.
