im interested in a set but worried about the balance cuz on paper the bridge seems to be weaker then mid . you guys had any experience with them or advice

They are my favourite fender pickups.....Pickup heights will sort that out...Looking at mine right now tells me your right as my bridge is on the treble side higher than both mid and neck, Any which way these pups are it and a bit!!! You wont go wrong with them. What are you currently using?

That's what puts the fat in "Fat '50s". I have mine in a maple-necked ash-bodied hardtail and they really sound tasty......like frying bacon smells.

But not the MIA Strat Specials which feature the Texas Specials, the MIA Strat Deluxe which has the new N3's, nor the MIA AVRI series which are fitted with various other pickups.

Thus the info provided by the "bloke from Fender" is false.
