I am left Handed and I was wonderin:

As I am Left Handed, If I buy Noiseless pickups. Do I have to get a regular pack or Does Fender do special left handed Vintage Noiseless Pickups or, the Vintage Noiseless pickups in Left Handed Ec strat come from regular packs?

Frankly, it would be easier and you'd be better off with some DiMarzio Virtual Vintage series pickups as DiMarzios can be ordered with a left hand stagger and blow the VNs away.

As always, this is merely IMO where YMMV.

Thanks for your help Martian. I spoke ton a Fender Consumer relater and he told me that the normal pickups will work fine. I'll have a look at the DiMarzio

+1000!

As well, the DiMarzio's are designed to be used with standard 250K volume and tone pots so the Strat's normal complement of controls can be re-used.

Just have two days to wait before going to the shop to have a look at the pickups and try them.

I just saw a video with Clapton, Knopfler and Sting on it where Clapton uses his "Goldie" Strat and I like the Lace Sensors sound.

Which pups would be better with his Sound?

There are rumors that EC-1 made its last appearance in 2001.

It's wrong. Clapton used a fan's gold leaf for the encore during three shows at Budokan.
