The 'balls' of any pickup is in it's midrange whereas the crisper dynamics are in its highs and lows. TSs vs. 69s is going from one extreme to the other as the TSs are midrange heavy and a touch loose sounding whereas the 69s are midrange light and more tighter sounding. Further, using the resistance of a pickup's coil as an indicator of the pickup's output and tonality is really not accurate. Rather, a given pickup's resonant peak, millivolt output and magnet type is. Notwithstanding, if you are looking for a set to cover everything as you've cited, you need more of an "all around", more 'utility' type pickup. In the Fender line, I'd recommend the 57/62 model as they are good for covering every artist you've cited with a little tweaking here and there.
