Hi, need a bit of help! Having a Yuletide fiddle with my no.1 Strat (1990 MiM with Mid-Boost, Lace Blue, Silver and......) have decided to put together a dually Red/Gold in the bridge with a mini three way to split it ala Strat Ultra. BUT, having carefully followed the wiring diagram (supplied I believe by the most knowledgable Plus/Ultra person I know of) of how to split the Laces with an on/on/on switch all I get is both/both/nothing - aaaaarrrrg! I am using the original two wire laces, is this the problem?

Any help much appreciated before I just stick the thing under the bed and have lots of beer.

If this be the case, logically, wouldn't this be the person you'd want to ask?

Many thanks for the links and suggestions. I spent the best part of a week working on this and I simply cannot get it to work. I wonder if there is an issue with one of the Lace Sensors that stops you simply putting the two I have together to make a dually (even though some of the originals are simply two sensors with a metal bar joining them at one end). I even tried the simpler Jeff Beck wiring and it still wouldnt split nicely so have given up until I can get my poor head to try and reason out the problem.

Thanks again.

Maybe troubleshoot that 3-way switch to see if it has some issues :?:

I've made many custom Lace Duallys from single Lace Sensors and never had any problems.
