Welcome.

I wouldn't use it on the fingerboard. Any polish will just gunk up, clog the pores and attract more dirt and grit. To clean your fingerboard, use naptha (lighter fluid).

Lemon oil is the universally accepted best for (re)conditioning it. FYI: Lemon oil is merely scented mineral oil. Consequently, any brand is fine. Wipe on, wipe off in about 10 minutes. You can buy a bottle of mineral oil at a drug store for like $2 and it'll last forever.

how often should someone use lemon oil on a guitar. Also, which other products are good for the fretboard and guitar. I have seen some dunlop products. Are these good?

Once a year for the lemon oil.

I'm "old school" and never bothered with Dunlop or the like products. For traditional nitro finishes, I've always found Gibson and Martin polishes most satisfactory. For poly finishes, pretty much anything will do. (Your's is poly.)
