I use my Squier for slide and i only use N&M and M&B positions. I would like to wire it with a three position blade switch for these positions without hacking anything. I hope someone can help.

Welcome.

Wire the three position switch like a stock Telecaster utilizing the neck and bridge pickups of your Strat. Wire your middle pickup to the terminal of the switch which has the hot wire going to the volume pot. This will give you the following:

Position #1 (pointing towards neck): neck and middle.
Position #2 (middle): neck, middle and bridge.
Position #3 (pointing towards bridge): middle and bridge.

Stock Tele wiring diagrams are readily available all over the internet.

You've somehow wired your switch incorrectly.

Ok, I wired it like a strat then put the middle pickup on the post that goes to the vol. pot., I'm interested in what all three would sound like but finding a plywood body was very dissappointing.I'm assuming i need a couple of jumper wires in there, just not sure where.

There's your mistake. I had said to wire it like a stock Telecaster.

I'm confused. My switch has 8 lugs all on the same side. I am really lost here, everything I find has a switch with lugs on both sides. I need a little more info please, thank you.

I am familiar with that switch too. Use this diagram:

Disregard the .001uf capacitor on the volume pot.

Wire your middle pickup's hot wire to terminal #4 along with the other wires shown in the diagram.
