Hi. I have a single Seymour Duncan humbucker and i want to hook up each coil to a separate volume pot. (it is a 4-conductor)

Is this possible?

Welcome.

Yes, it is. The red (+) and green (-) wires would be for one coil and the white (+) and black (-) wires would be for the other.

You'd do best to wire the hot lead of each coil to the center terminal of the respective volume pot. This way, you can blend either coil in and out to whatever degree without affecting the volume of the other. Keep in mind though that the humbucking effect will diminish unless both coils (resistance wise) are equal.
