This has to do with getting all three pickups working at the same time but my question is this-does anyone remember back in the '70s when Craig Anderton featured in his home project column(Guitar Player) how to just rewire a Strat setup so all three pickups work with the switch in the middle position? Does anyone have a copy of the issue this project was featured in? If so would it be possible to get a copy? Thanks lots!

Yeah, I actually remember doing that mod on a '74 Strat after getting my issue of GP. Wish I still had it, but there are versions of that mod around the internet. Most make some reference to a blender pot or blender circuit. Then there are more modern ones that use push/pull pots to add the neck or bridge pickups to the other combos, giving you the all three-on option.
