I bought some Schaller locking tuners from musiciansfriend.com
Now I believe these are the "in-line" tuners that are sold (correct me if I am wrong)
I am planning to put them on a custom neck with 3 tuners on the left and 3 on the right of the head
I read on the Schaller site that these can be put in any configuration
Is this true and can I put these tuners on this kind of neck? or do I have to have a strat style neck to put these one where all the tuners are on one side?

I'm pretty sure you could do it if you really want to, but I am not familiar enough with the Schallers to know what modifications may need to be done to do this....If Schaller says it can be done, than it probably can be done, just look at the instructions on how to put them in, then just do 3 on 1 side, 3 on the other....If it doesn't work, figure out what plan B is, then do that....
