I recently bought all 3 of the Starcaster effects pedals.

I have a small question, and it's trivial to most people, but I'm completely OCD, so it's killing me.

The Distortion and Chorus pedals both have a solid foam cover on the bottom, but the Flanger pedal has part of the pad cut out, with a label in the middle.

I'm just wondering why there's a design disparity, or if I got an older/newer revision of the Flanger pedal.

My guess is that the foam was found to muffle the sound too much in the distortion and chorus pedals.
